We love Topsail Hill Preserve State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. And apparently so does every one else in the RV world. I made reservations back in November, 2016 for our trip in late April, 2017. I was only able to get a site for 3 nights. I had to take 4 nights (amongst 2 different sites) at Grayton Beach State Park near Seaside, Florida. Grayton Beach SP is another favorite. Actually, if we could take Topsail and put it in Grayton’s location, it would be perfect. So why is Topsail so popular? Because it’s a beautiful landscaped campground with lots of amenities. Not many other state parks give you full hook ups, cable tv, wi-fi, a pool and more. And especially at the price of around $42/night (2017). You have access to the beautiful powder white sand beach via a long pathway. You can walk, ride your bike or take the tram that goes once an hour. There’s a WalMart not far outside the park, where you can get your provisions and more. With great restaurants and things to do in nearby Destin, you can’t go wrong here.
